About Your Shipping Fees

Shipping and handling fees (designated as "Handling "at checkout) are assigned by the manufacturer.  All Liberator products ship Federal Express.  The rest of our products ship UPS or US Postal.  All military orders ship US Postal.

If you buy multiple products, you may initially overpay.  If the manufacturer is able to combine products in boxes, or if your order involves multiple manufacturers, we will credit your account for any over-charges.  We do not discover this until we are invoiced, usually within a week of the product shipping. Your credit card is charged when your product ships, not when you place the order.

To avoid possible overcharges for shipping, look for items where we've combined the most common multiple purchase products on order page. Generally we will discount groupings to save you money on the products AND shipping. Military, Alaska, Hawaii and Canada: There may be additional shipping charges.  These vary depending upon the size of the product you order.  If that is the case, we will contact you by e-mail and provide a link to upgrade or cancel at that time.

The volatility of gas prices in recent years have made this a necessity.  Carriers including Federal Express, UPS and the US Postal service have hiked rates or added surcharges for rural delivery without notice. We apologize for any inconvenience and sincerely appreciate your business!
