As an enlightened nutritionist, Jodi is known for converting “junk-food junkies” to “health-food lovers.” In her unique and vibrant style, Jodi is able to inspire and motivate people to evaluate their current dietary choice as well as their lifestyle habits; she teaches them how to make informed decisions that will impact their overall health and vitality. Her cooking classes clearly demonstrate that healthful meals do not need to be boring, complicated, or tasteless. Jodi has created hundreds of great-tasting recipes the average cook can prepare quickly and easily.

Jodi’s personal motivation to help educate the world on optimum nutrition comes from her past health challenges.

In 1997, Jodi was diagnosed with lupus and fibromyalgia, and experienced debilitating symptoms for nearly a decade. Having minimal success from conventional medical treatments to relieve the pain and fatigue associated with the diseases, Jodi sought alternative approaches to complement the traditional treatments.

After suffering for several years, Jodi incorporated this integrated philosophy into her lifestyle, and within a year of walking the wellness path she completely restored her health.
